JM23/26/28/30 mullite refractory bricks are generally used in the insulation layer of high-temperature kilns, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly and effectively extends the service life of kilns. Mullite lightweight bricks feature low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity and high thermal strength. They can be processed into precise external dimensions and special shapes.
Low thermal conductivity: It has a good heat preservation effect and can make the furnace wall thinner.
Low heat capacity: Due to their light weight and low thermal conductivity, the lightweight mullite brick series products store very little heat energy, achieving significant energy-saving effects in intermittent operation kilns.
Low impurity content: The content of iron-alkali metal refractory materials is extremely low, and the refractoriness is high. The high aluminium content enables it to maintain good performance in a reducing atmosphere.
High hot-pressing strength.
Accurate external dimensions: Accelerate the masonry speed, with thin and uniform brick joints. Ensure the high strength and high stability of the masonry.
It can be processed into special shapes to reduce the number of blocks and seams.
Mullite insulating bricks can be used as refractory linings or back insulation layers for the hot surfaces of other refractory materials, and are applied in smelting furnaces, firing kilns, flues, refining equipment, heating devices, gas generators and pipelines, as well as similar industrial thermal equipment such as soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces and reaction chambers.
