Low-porosity clay bricks

Description of low porosity clay bricks:

Low porosity clay bricks are made by firing refractory clay or charred gemstone clinker under high pressure and high temperature as the main raw materials. This product features high strength, low porosity, strong resistance to permeability and erosion. It is mainly used at the bottom of the regenerator in the glass melting furnace.

Advantage:

Low porosity and high density
Good dimensional stability
High mechanical strength
Strong wear resistance
Strong resistance to erosion
Good antioxidant property
High fire resistance
Good thermal shock stability
Good heat insulation performance

Application Scenarios:

Industry  Specific Scenarios  Performance Requirements
Cement industry  Rotary kiln firing belts, cooler lattice bricksResistant to sulfate attack and thermal shock
Glass Furnace Heat storage chamber latticework, melting section breast wallResistant to high temperature gas corrosion, anti-penetration
Iron and steel metallurgyLadle permanent layer, intermediate ladle working liningResistance to steel scouring, slag resistance
Waste incinerators  Furnace chamber lining, flue gas passagesResistant to Cl-, SO₄²- corrosion
